We delivered this project end-to-end, starting with full site establishment. We also implemented project-specific management plans from day one. This set the benchmark for safe and compliant delivery throughout. Our team then completed detailed site investigations and design development. We issued all required drawings and documentation to support construction.

Next, we constructed the lagoon to meet performance and durability requirements. This included topsoil stripping and detailed excavation. We then installed a GCL liner to complete the lagoon works.

We constructed the Wet Weather Return Pump Station, also known as the WWRPS. This included the rising main and discharge structure. We also installed the WWRPS suction pipe and the overflow pipe from Lagoon 1. Additionally, we completed all associated pipework and connections. These included ESL overflow pipework, the Lagoon 1 outlet and all supporting works.

We fitted the WWRPS with a dedicated switchboard to ensure reliable operation. We also installed instrumentation, flow meters and level sensors. These support accurate monitoring of the system over time.

We delivered civil and access infrastructure in parallel with other works. This included a crushed rock access road and concrete channel drains. We also constructed crane pads and box culverts. The culverts were installed to facilitate an open drain road crossing.

Finally, we installed all drainage pipework and a washdown water system. We then completed full site reinstatement and testing. Commissioning was carried out before project handover. We also completed the as-built survey to support asset handover and documentation.
