The Lower Dandenong Creek remodelling was an extensive wetland project completed for Melbourne Water. These major in-stream works required detailed site management, coordination of major excavation fronts and works within difficult site conditions. 

Works included; Bulk earthworks; Placement of extensive clay liners; Decommissioning and removal of existing concrete assets; Installation of new concrete assets inclusive of extensive maintenance tracks, high flow weirs and numerous fish ladders/passages; Installation of wetland controls structure inclusive of penstocks, transfer pipework and associated pits; Riffle structures; Sediment basin; Diversion channel; Rock beaching; Hydroseeding and hydromulching; and Fencing.
